My Account

The My Account section is where all of a Client's contact, billing statement information is kept.

Below we describe the following functionalities of the My Account page:

  • Company Information
  • Primary Contact
  • Billing & Payment Information
  • View Invoices



Company Information

The Company Information tab is used to store a Client's Company Name, phone number and address information.



Primary Contact

The Primary Contact tab is used to store the contact a Client's Company would like Titanium Legal to to reach out to for service-related questions.



Billing Contact

The Billing Contact tab is used to store the contact a Client's Company would like Titanium Legal to to reach out to for billing-related questions.



View Invoices

The View Invoices tab will have a record of all of your monthly billings, and provides you with an option to download any statement.

Download a Statement

To download a statement:

  • Click on the Download a Statement button. A popup window will appear.
  • Click on the download icon sim_card_download located in the upper-right section of the popup window.
  • Select the location where you want to save your statement.
  • Click on the Save button.

To print a statement:

  • Click on the Download a Statement button. A popup window will appear.
  • Click on the printer icon print located in the upper-right section of the popup window.
  • Select the printer where you want to print your statement (you can also save it as a PDF in this window).
  • Click on the Print button.
