Dashboard

The Dashboard is the landing page the user is directed to after they have successfully logged in. It has several sections, explained in more detail below:

  • Main Navigation Menu
  • Open Jobs
  • Closed Jobs
  • Monthly Statements
  • Graph (depicting jobs assigned and served by month).
  • Dark Theme

The main navigation menu provides you with a way to view various sections of the Client Portal. Click on any of the below options to view that area of the site.

Open Jobs

The Open Jobs' page will show a table of all open jobs. From this page you can view case details, job status and more.



Closed Jobs

The Closed Jobs' page will show a table of all open jobs. From this page you can view case details, attempt / completion information and more.



Monthly Statements

Click on the View Invoices button in the Monthly Statements box for a listing of monthly invoices that you can view and download.



Graph

The graph on the Dashboard page depicts an approximation of the number of jobs assigned and served in the last 12 months.



Dark Theme

To view the Client Portal in dark mode, click on the toggle.
